The White Merida

Merida, capital of the state of Yucatan, wrapped in the magic of its Mayan cultural origin and conquered by its history and legacy of Spanish-influenced architecture. It is called "White Merida" because of the predominance of its white limestone buildings, typical of the region.

1.- NORTH AREA

The northern area of Merida is of great vegetation, noted for its continuous growth with large and modern real estate developments and private residences with high added value, offering mostly private security. It has direct access to services such as hospitals, schools, sports and shopping centers, and is located just 25 minutes from the beach and the historic center of the city with excellent road connectivity.

 

2- CENTRAL AREA

In addition, being a highly touristic area you can find activities and sightseeing tours

3- WEST AREA

The west side of Merida is an area mainly of subdivisions. It is a good alternative for living in Merida, connected to the northern part of Merida and relatively close to the International Airport. The area has proximity to other parts of Merida thanks to the new highways that have been built to connect Gran Santa Fe Norte with Dzitya.
It offers stores, restaurants and banks. It has attractions such as parks and the Bicentennial Animaya Zoo, and the Galerias Merida and Harbor shopping malls.
